The KarmaFlights Foundation was created as a Nepal-based non profit organization, and it strongly believes in each child’s immutable right to a safe and secure learning environment. In a land famous for its towering peaks and raging rivers, the bright young minds of Nepal are its greatest natural resource - and quality education is the key to unlocking that vast potential and ending Nepal’s struggle with poverty.
KarmaFlights’ work today has expanded to include large-scale disaster relief, educational scholarships, library and computer lab construction, electrical infrastructure, safe water and hygiene access, livestock and child nutrition programs, earthquake preparedness training, and mental and medical health camps. These initiatives and projects have saved lives, reduced suffering, and allowed thousands of children to access personal and professional development opportunities. KarmaFlights continues to work to ensure that all students, regardless of their economic status, have the opportunity to receive the quality education they deserve in order to allow them to maximize their potential and achieve their goals.
Our goal is to better the lives of the children of Nepal by improving access to quality education and healthcare, and to empower regular citizens to be leaders in their own communities.
