For optimal weather conditions and breathtaking mountain views, the recommended times to visit Nepal are spring (March to May) and fall (September to November), despite the possibility of crowded trails. However, winter (December to February) and summer (June to August) provide unique experiences with fewer tourists, although the weather can be unpredictable.

At Trek Me Nepal, we offer private trips tailored to your preferences and schedule, allowing for customized itineraries. In contrast, group trips have set departure dates and predefined packages. Our specialization lies in organizing private tours, ensuring a personalized and rewarding experience.

For the majority of nationalities, the simplest and most convenient way to obtain a visa for Nepal is by getting one upon arrival in Kathmandu, which typically takes around 45 minutes. Alternatively, you have the option to apply for a visa in advance through a Nepali consulate in your home country for pre-arranged preparations.

On mountain flights, you can bring up to 5 kg of carry-on luggage and 10 kg of checked-in luggage. However, for non-mountain sector flights, the check-in allowance is higher, ranging from 20 to 25 kg.
